Migration Support Inbound and Outbound
What is this?

Migration is the process of moving a broadband service from one ISP to another, usually minimising the amount of disruption in the process. Inbound migration means your ISP will allow you to transfer to their service from another ISP. Outbound migration means you can transfer from their service to another ISP.

If your ISP doesn't support migration, you would need to cancel your broadband service, wait until it's removed from your line and then re-order with another ISP. This may cost most and will result in a longer period of no connectivity.

We recommend you choose an ISP which support both inbound and outbound migration.

Customer Service was a bit difficult to contact at first although this did improve. Not had any occassion to contact them since the initial setup and the fact that there's no website to be able to make changes to your account could be a problem in the future. However, they're cheap compared to other providers and I've no complaints about the speed. I've always had a stable connection since I migrated to fibre irrespective of the ISP so it was worth taking a chance with a little known provider and even the fact that they use Talk Talk to provide the connection hasn't been a problem.
