Summary
Toob is a full fibre broadband provider that has made its name by offering full fibre broadband with very straightforward pricing. It began in Hampshire and has since expanded into new towns and cities by partnering with larger fibre infrastructure networks. One of its strong selling points is high speeds: many customers report full-fibre connections with download and upload speeds that match (symmetrical speeds), which is still fairly rare in many UK homes. Another appealing factor is the promise of no in contract price rises, which helps with budgeting and avoids nasty surprises.

Additional Comments
When things go well, Toob can feel like a breath of fresh air. People often mention smooth installations, polite engineers who turn up on time and the service improving markedly over what they had before. For streaming, gaming, large households with multiple devices or remote working the full-fibre speed is a real upgrade. Many reviewers say that the line into the house is faster than anything they’ve had before and that the superfast broadband performance feels future-proof in a way older copper-based services did not.
That said, there are some important things to keep in mind. Coverage is still patchy in some areas. Because Toob broadband and its network partners are building out the infrastructure, not every property is yet eligible. Some postcodes are marked live and ready, others are not yet reached. If your property is in a “coming soon” zone you may have to wait or use a different provider in the meantime. Another point is internal setup. The fast line to your home won’t by itself guarantee flawless Wi-Fi in every room. If you have thick walls, large spaces or older wiring you may still need to invest in a better router or mesh Wi-Fi system to fully benefit from the speed.
There are mixed reviews around support and reliability once you’re a customer. A good number of customers are happy and report very few issues. On the flip side, some reviewers report long outages or slower support responses, especially in areas where the rollout is newer. One common theme is that when problems do arise the communication could be better. If you rely on perfect uptime or rapid fault resolution then this is worth checking. You should ask: what happens if you have a major outage, how quickly will they fix it and what compensation is offered?
