Additional Comments

From what users say, the service can be impressive. Many customers point out very good download and upload speeds, reliable full-fibre connections and fast installation when the network is ready. The fact that Truespeed promises symmetrical speeds (so uploads match downloads) is a strong plus for home working, streaming and gaming. They also tend to score very well for customer satisfaction in their footprint: they tend to carry an “excellent” rating on user-review platforms, which is not something all providers can claim.

However, as with most smaller and specialised providers, there are trade-offs. Coverage remains limited compared with national providers. Some streets may be live, others still waiting. If your postcode is not yet reached, you may face longer lead-times or fewer speed tiers. The home Wi-Fi setup still matters too. A high speed line to the property is great but you’ll only get the benefit if your router and internal network are up to it. Also, though the company scores high in reviews overall, there are isolated reports of slower support or issues when problems arise. That means if your area is newer or build-work still settling, you may need to be a little patient.

In practical terms, if you are in one of Truespeed’s live areas you get a lot of upside. The packages are clear, the pricing seems fair for what you’re getting, and the service feels modern and performance-focused. If you live in a rural or semi-rural place that is underserved, Truespeed is definitely a provider to consider. On the flip side, if you prioritise ultra-fast recovery times for faults or you are in an area outside their current build zone, it may make sense to check what other providers cover your address.

I have been with Truespeed for over 3 years and everything has worked very well. Customer service is quick and friendly. I cannot fault them and that is before considering that all this is at a very very reliable 350Mb down 900Mb up! Who could ask for more well they do offer 600 and 900 if you need them!
