Broadband Postcode Subscriptions / Availability Notifications

As from September 2025, you can now sign up to be notified about any changes to broadband availability for your postcode under postcode subscriptions on your profile when you’re logged in on our site.

This is available for up to 5 postcodes per account. We will look at increasing this as well as adding ‘nearby’ postcodes in the future. If you need more than this, drop us an e-mail explaining why you need more, and we may be able to increase it on an individual basis. As with our broadband quality monitor tool, this limit is there to prevent abuse.

E-mail Notifications

When you opt to receive e-mail notifications, we’ll send you an e-mail around 13:00 each day if there’s been any changes to the postcodes you’re monitoring. If there’s no changes, you won’t get an e-mail:

Change History

You can view the full details of the updates on your ‘my profile’ section:

If you gave us your postcode before…

When registering we have asked for your ‘local postcode’ and asked us to notify you of changes, we’ve added this to your postcode subscriptions. We’re sending users who did this reminder e-mails.
