Aquiss launch CityFibre-based FTTP services

Aquiss, a small broadband provider which has been in business for almost two decades, has announced it has started to provide FTTP packages on the CityFibre network.

All Aquiss services include static IPv4 addresses by default, something many providers charge extra for these days (if it’s even available) as well as IPv6.

Pricing in CityFibre-areas is from £38/month for 160Mbps or £42/month for 900Mbps* services on a 12-month contract with the first three months at half price.

* This is in fact a 1Gbps technical service but advertised at 900Mbps due to advertising rules.

Update 23/04/2024: Aquiss have also launched 1.2Gbps and 2.5Gbps packages backed by CityFibre wholesale services, each with no usage allowance, the same static IP address blocks. Costs are £45 and £56 per month respectively with first three months available at half price, subject to a 12-month contract.

Reply to “Aquiss launch CityFibre-based FTTP services”

  1. The 1.2gbps product was deliberately priced same as the 1gbps product by cityfibre so ISPs could drop it in as a replacement to advertise 1000 speeds, sad that aquiss have added extra margin to it.
