The change took place at the weekend and now the official announcement that Zzoomm is to be the single retail brand on the 600,000 premises area created by the merger of Zzoomm and FullFibre Ltd.
Our map shows the postcodes that form a footprint of 601,000 premise spread across England, compared to some other providers the footprint looks small and this is because both networks generally built in small urban areas rather than more spread out rural areas.
The single retail ISP for the FullFibre Ltd group we presume means that the BeFibre site will eventually disappear and redirect to Zzoomm.

The package prices between the two sites do appear to align, but both retail brands still running does seem at odds with the press release. That said with a combined total of 90,000 customers across the brands one can understand not wanting to panic existing Be Fibre customers, and apparently Be Fibre customers will be moved to the Zzoomm brand shortly.
The reason for including the screen shot was when we first saw this page we thought the pricing was wrong, i.e. the large £0 caught the eye a lot more than the reality. Of course including £0 for 3 months and then £49/month for 21 months is a lot harder to fit in a graphic, but there will be people who fail to do the maths. So while the full pricing is visible in the text it does not share the same degree of prominence as the £0 offer, a good compromise would be £0 for 3 months in the graphic and large font.
“Completing this integration over the last nine months, on time and on budget, is a huge achievement and a real credit to all involved. We now fully operate as one business, on one platform, with a single retail brand in Zzoomm.
Having completed a second merger in as many years, we continue to materially extend our capabilities, and are well placed to continue our growth story and further pursue future strategic opportunities.“
James Warner, CEO, FullFibre
“Bringing everything together under the Zzoomm brand allows us to sharpen our focus on what matters most—our customers. Sustainable growth doesn’t come from marketing alone—it comes from doing the fundamentals better. Our completed integration reflects our commitment to deliver better products, better service, and better value at every customer touchpoint. This is far more than a visual change; we’ve worked hard behind the scenes to align our systems, processes, and network infrastructure to ensure a seamless customer experience.“
Francesca Lee, Chief Revenue Officer, FullFibre / Zzoomm
We will now head over to our package pages and ensure the packages have the appropriate linking, now this is an official thing. For our API customers the API page has had a note added on what you need to do.
The FullFibre Ltd wholesale platform was also sold by other brands, so we presume they will also gain access to the combined Full Fibre Ltd and Zzoomm footprints.

Looking at the Zzoomm website, they now offer 24 months contracts as well as rolling monthly ones, 12 and 24 month ones are the same price for new customers, just some e-cards for 24 month ones.
My contract ends in July, I will see what they offer me, I can’t see myself going elsewhere, but unless they give me a good offer, I will stay with the 12-month contract.
As long as they offer me the service I have, then I will be happy.
