H Huge improvement since receiving the latest router, speeds now what was promised (but minimum), reliability much better and streaming more stable. These improvements have been a very long time coming, I've stuck with TT for 8 years!

When contract up have always negotiated new,reasonable deal.Always overcharged.This year spent over 6 weeks trying to get them to charge correctly.Cannot contact anymore-have no staff due to covid 19.Now sent me e-mail to renew or face higher charges!

Talktalk just keep slowing down my broadband. Last August it was a consistant 38Mbs and now it is only 30Mbs. Not impressed at all

Very good value after a bit of haggling. Touch wood had become more reliable over last year. It's a bit slower than when i first signed. Overall I'm happy. Customer service reps vary a bit, but all keen to help. Sometimes too kee.

I feel let down by TalkTalk as my broadband download speed was consistantly better than 37 Mbps untill 24th July when it dropped to 1.97Mbps. on 25th July it was 2.17 Mbps. On 1st August it rose to 32Mbps and there it has stayed. I have complained to Talktalk and the response is that it within the requirements of Broadband provision. Rebooting the router does not improve the download speed.
