I've been perfectly happy with TT in the past and I've been with them for years. I upgraded to Fibre 150 in Jan 2026 and all was fine until recently when on two occasions - a week apart - the Internet connection failed and resulted in 45-60 minutes on the phone, on each occasion, to get the issue sorted. And no - IT'S NOT MY WIFI!! On neither occasion was an actual fault identified. I happen to have some TV boxes hard wired, which showed definitively that my home network had nothing to do with the issue - but try telling a TT call handler that. Very frustrating.
