still going and is in the middle of a re-branding exercise whereby their name will change to Smallworld. Wight Cable North provides a service in West Scotland and North England. A lot of people
outside the coverage areas probably remember them as Omne.
The name change is also apparently linked to new High Definition TV digital set-top boxes and faster broadband services. A website providing more detail on Wight Cable while their main site
