Truespeed partners with Bath Rugby

A multiyear partnership has been announced by Bath-based Truespeed Communications with Bath Rugby, with the company sponsoring a stand at the club’s home ground, The Rec, to be named ‘The Truespeed Stand’. Fans will also benefit from free Wi-Fi provided by Truespeed across The Rec, with speeds up to 300 Mbps available. Early tests with 2,000 devices saw 290GB of data used during the match.

O2 announces 10GB data gift to customers

O2 has announced that it will be gifting 10GB of data to millions of pay-monthly customers to use throughout December. The additional data will automatically be applied to customers’ monthly usage allowance in December.

With this 10GB data boost, our customers can spend time with loved ones streaming their favourite festive films, gaming or video calling friends and family they aren’t able to be with. Openreach price list updated

Openreach has updated its price list to reflect new product pricing coming into effect from April. This is largely a CPI increase of 3.6% for most products, although some other prices have also been tweaked.

BDUK CEO to step down

Dean Creamer will step down as BDUK CEO after being in the role since September 2023. Interim COO Ben Whitestone has agreed to be the new interim CEO until a new CEO is found, with a recruitment process reportedly underway.
