Four more exchanges hit trigger level

Leek, Maestag, Methyr Tydfil and Twyford have all hit their registration trigger levels today.

This takes the total to eleven exchanges. If exchanges continue to trigger at this rate and successfully go onto hit the 75% Advance Order target, then in a few months time we will be seeing a
stream of new exchanges with ADSL.
