Week 11 – Two more exchanges triggered?

Just one week after the first two exchanges there are two more right on the brink, Penn and Knaresborough. ISPs are reporting that on the internal system they have access to, that both exchanges
have broke their triggers of 200 and 400 respectively. Alas this hasnt filtered out to the public system.

Todmorden the darling of last week has started to collect its advance orders. Hopefully the pace of orders will pick up in the next week as ISPs get into the swing of contacting all the
registrants.
