e-commerce Minister moves on

ZDnet have an item that as a result of the cabinet reshuffle thats going on Douglas Alexander the e-commerce
minister has moved onto the cabinet office.

At this time no replacement has been announced, but the rumour is that Stephen Timms may be inline for the job. From his resume he would seem to have relevant experience, having worked for Logica,
and Ovum managing their telecommunications reports business.
