We’ve had some feedback in the form of people filling out the “installation survey”, but this has been very limited. As such we would really appreciate if as many people as possible could do this.
We would like to give some feedback to potential users, but one user screaming “give me your money back” isn’t really enough evidence to name the ISP (or maybe we should ask BT :-p)
