BTwholesale have notified ISP’s that a kernel upgrade is due in the next few weeks for users on the Office 20:1 Ethernet service. It’s an upgrade to a 5.3.3.2 kernel which will improve support for
the H323 video conferencing protocol and also improves stability of the device in general.
The precise mechanism for how the upgrade will occur will be notified to ISP’s in a couple of weeks.
