BT Openworld secrecy.

Many BT Openworld customers have been reporting problems with P2P file sharing recently.
BT [Openworld] Launched an ‘investigation’ into this and their concusions are that the fault is not on their network.
Many users simply do not believe this and the comment made in their .announce posting doesnt help matters:

“Unfortunately BTOpenworld will not disclose the information regarding tests performed on our network/platform as this may lead to further enquiries of this nature in the future for other
problems which may occur.”
