find out more about how different ISPs (and BT) are treating you.
We would appreciate if you could fill this in when you have ADSL installed as a live service. We aren’t taking trials into account, as those are expected to come with problems.
Results will be published in due course as we have enough data to make any useful conclusions. ISPs are welcome to ask their customers to fill this in openly.
