ADSLguide Poll: Changing ADSL ISP?

We have setup a poll so that users can state if they are intending to change ISP after the first year of their ADSL contract expires. It can be found if you scroll down, on the left hand side of
our main page, beneath the menu items. The results we receive will be presented to BTIgnite so that they will hopefully see the demand for this and change their policy on having to have a complete
uninstall followed by a reinstall to allow a user to change ISPs, with another £150 installation fee chargeable.
