Alcatel, the supplier to BT of the USB modem, have agreed to participate in an online Question &
Answer session on Monday 25th of June at 8pm. This will operate on an open floor basis, where users can ask questions direct to Alcatel rather than the more
structured system we have used previously. If you are intending to take part, please register your interest here. We will send out an
e-mail on the day to those who have registered giving information on how to connect. We have also setup an SMS alert service so that we can send you a simple message to remind you of the
chat.
