Local Loop Unbundling monthly update

The monthly LLU update from Peter Black who is the Telecommunications Adjudicator can be found here. For those after raw numbers, there are over 140,000 LLU lines in the UK now, and this is growing at a rate of 4,000 per week.

Mr Black has reported that there are some signs of stability IT systems and improvements in key performance indicators, but that there is still some way to go before LLU really takes off.
