Following successful trials, BT Ignite have announced that they will be taking orders for ISDN2e and Home Highway-to-ADSL conversions as of 11 May. (subject to survey and the standard tests
required to obtain ADSL)
This is treated as a ‘cease ISDN’ and ‘provide ADSL’ request in every respect (i.e. you have to pay any ISDN termination charges) but if ADSL is not successfully installed, BT will re-install your
ISDN (free of charge we assume.)
