BT Ignite Chat - log available

I'd like to thank everyone who took part in the BT Ignite chat this afternoon. We are aware that some of you found it very slow but I can assure you that BT were answering questions as fast as possible as I was sitting next to them--Not everyone is an irc guru so please bear this in mind. Hopefully this should improve in the future as well as we learn how to make the system more effcient. BT have promised to take a look at the ongoing packet loss and ping spike issues affecting users.
