TOTSCo Board Changes

The One Touch Switching Company (TOTSCo) which operated the One Touch Switch (OTS) system for consumer (and soon business) broadband services has announced the appointment of Mark Stephens as the Constituency Director for the Large Retail Providers Constituency effective 14 February 2025. This vacancy was filled following Dee Cheeck stepping down on leaving BT.

Andrew Glover will also be stepping down representing the Small Retail Provider Constituency from 4 March 2025 which TOTSCo explain is as ISPA’s funding of the position comes to and end following the full live launch of ITS.
