Another telecoms firm is seeking Code Powers to make constructing network infrastructure easier, the latest is Jet Infrastructure who appear to be a new firm created in July 2025.
Ofcom is running its standard consultation prior to granting code powers.
The application gives some idea of what Jet Infrastructure are looking to do, and this seems to be building mobile and wireless infrastructure alongside new developments (both residential and commercial). The ultimate aim being to own and operate infrastructure for fibre or microwave backhaul including power facilities. The power side we suspect being battery backup at mast sites so that services continue to operate if there is a power cut.
Outside of the Ofcom consultation there is almost zero information beyond a GoDaddy webpage with a contact us form.
