BT is reporting problems for users trying to login to the BT Mail accounts via webmail. No time for a fix has been announced other than as soon as possible.
Systems such as email clients that use SMTP, POP3, IMAP protocols rather than a web login are said to be working.
Email is used by many as the delivery mechanism for two form factor authentication to banking and other services, so problems accessing email is a lot more important these days than just getting the latest offer emails from online stores.
