Ace Internet introduce free support using VoIP

Ace Internet yesterday announced that they are reducing the cost of calling them by introducing VoIP contact numbers that work from many VoIP providers. This step forward should help reduce the
cost of contacting Ace when customers are having problems or for sales enquiries. The numbers are available on Gradwell, FWD, Sipgate and more, and may be free to call (please check with your provider first).

One potential problem with this is that if your Internet connection is down, then your VoIP service will not work, but Ace are working around this by also providing a geographical 0161 number which
are often included under free call packages or included minutes when 0845/0870 numbers are not.
