Rocket Fibre who sell full fibre via OFNL and CityFibre currently look like they are set travel further towards a goal of rolling out full fibre to 21,000 premises in Corby and the Midlands.
The ISP has applied for Code Powers which will simplify any roadworks involved where the Openreach PIA product is not an easy case of lift pavement chamber cover and install fibre and hardware.
Corby has a large amount of Openreach full fibre and has been popular with OFNL on new build estates but Rocket Fibre seems to believe it can make the case for building a new network that it can lease on a wholesale basis and we presume retail itself.
