100% reliable, great support and always someone to talk to on the technical side, even I can understand them. Why would one go anywhere else?

Have been with AAISP on a number of occasions. In terms of the actual internet service received, this has always been spot on.
Of late I feel the area that always lacks with AAISP is when something goes wrong. There's not always the urgency given to get things resolved. And certain members of staff can be rather rude and unprofessional when dealing with matters.
The technical support can at times be questionable in relation to an issue and also can be very counter productive to getting a resolution to a problem.
Based on recent experiences with AAISP I am currently considering my options to once again leave them. Simply based on the lack of progress to resolving a problem and unclear direction from them as to what they will do to resolve things.

Moving to AAISP is akin from going from a Sopwith Camel to the Starship Enterprise!
The sales and support responses blow their competitors out of the water. They are interested, knowledgeable, and have a ‘can do’ attitude.
The customer portal is superb. Every metric, detail, and control possible is shown – it is clearly apparent that they have spent a lot of time and effort developing this.
The quality of the connection their end is very good - no evening congestion.
The Quality Monitoring system is simply brilliant. You can gain a fantastic live insight into exactly how your line is performing and fix it.
I have just migrated a backup ADSL and copper line to AAISP and ported the landline number to VOIP. A simple and straightforward process. Place an order. Ten working days later the broadband service moves – no loss of service. Then the copper moves. Then the copper is renumbered, and the landline number arrives on VOIP. I had to simply watch the logs, and it all progressed perfectly.
I would recommend AAISP to anyone. Their support and sales will tailor their approach to your knowledge level and demands, whether you are a ‘Plug and Play’ user, or a ‘Master Geek’, or anywhere in between.
Finally, they have not joined ‘the race to the bottom’, in trying to re-contract you (with mid-contract price rises) all the time.
Well done AAISP - the best move I have ever made!

A&A are just what I've always wanted from an ISP.
Their tooling/monitoring is fantastic, it provides complete clarity about how much I've used, errors on the line, dropped packets, latency, up time, everything most ISPs hide through shame, A&A give you figures and live charts.
On the one occasion I had to call support, a person answered, said hi, and gave me a direct (and correct) answer immediately. no call queues, no cryptic fight to navigate automated phone menus, just real people who know their stuff.
I get every MB of speed that my phone line can provide, it has an option to reduce throughput to ensure latency remains low (not bottlenecks upstream) which I use, but the same setting also allows me to use 110% of upstream bandwidth (yes, an ISP which goes to 11).
If you rely on your internet for work, then imao, there is no better ISP. The others mess you around, A&A provide the data and the support to fix any issues as quickly as possible. No mystery issues, just data and graphs and a real person on the end of the phone if needed.
Worth every penny.

These guys are great, we've been with them since 1998, - can't believe it. Their support is second-to-none. Over the years I've never had a problem they didn't solve over the phone in a single call. This included, most recently, help with setting up a new dual-band modem and repeater I installed to support my EV charger in the garage. Another example, from a while ago, they took over my amateur attempts to connect via OpenDNS. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I've been with A&A for quite a few years now. Always first rate service.
With some, perhaps most, ISPs, attempting to get a technical issue resolved can be a soul destroying experience. This is far from the case with A&A. Once alerted to an issue they do their damnedest to resolve it. I would highly recommend A&A to anyone that wants an ISP that will be there for them when things go wrong.

So far ahead of the 'big' providers it is hard to compare. Was an early Andrews & Arnold customer, cancelled my service when I moved. Returning tried 3 different ISPs (Virgin, Utilities Warehouse and TalkTalk) over several years; all (esp TalkTalk the latest) were dreadful in terms of technical provision and/or customer service. Returning to AAISP has been a breath of fresh air. Awesome technical support; great sales support and most importantly -- super competent technology. Pay a small amount more for a giant reduction in headaches.
