BT exchange upgrades this weekend

Users on exchanges using Alcatel DSLAMs will experience a short outage of up to 30 seconds whilst BT make changes to bring them into line with the rest of the exchanges in providing RADSL
services. These will take place between 01:30 and 10:00 on Saturday 1st September. A list of the affected exchanges is here

On Sunday 2nd September, firmware upgrades are taking place on around 200 exchanges to fix problems many users have experienced. This will result in downtime of around 10 minutes and BT advise
that users may have to reboot their PCs. These upgrades are taking place between midnight and 4 p.m, the list for these 200 exchanges is in the Announcements Forum
