Demon are down and OUT – UPDATED

Well at around 13:30 today, Demon’s ADSL service ceased to exist.

Apparently a datacentre has gone down and it is expected to take around 2 hours to get things back online.

In the meantime all Demon ADSL customers are believed to be offline as well as a number of dialups. The customer support numbers are constantly engaged as well.

UPDATE
Seems they have fixed the problem – a router went bang in Anchorage house. If you have Demon ADSL and it’s not working disconnect and reconnect to create a new session.
