Fujitsu DSLAM Upgrade Problem

Users who are connected to a Fujitsu DSLAM may be getting error 645/650 today.

BTignite confirm “The Fujitsu upgrades over the past few days have been causing a number of users difficulties and we currently have about a small number of users offline due to what appears to
be the same problem”

These upgrades were part of the schedule released a couple of weeks ago, the upgrade was to provide necessary operational enhancements, i.e. to fix bugs.

We would advise any user experiencing problems logging on to contact their ISP and log the fault – insist the fault is logged so that the true extent of the problem can be seen by BTignite.
