Dont forget people that BTignite will be re-jumpering the Alcatel DSLAM’s in the exchanges over the next 3 days, in preparation for the DSLAM upgrades in May.
It is believed this will result in a 30 minute outage, during which time you will be disconnected.
The outages should occur between 9am and 11am and 2pm to 4pm if all is running to schedule.
