As most people will be aware there was a story in the Telegraph this week about BTopenworld been re-absorbed into BT. We received the following email from BTopenworld on this matter.
Rest assured, we’re in broadband for the long term.
We have said we wanted to lead the second internet wave (high speed internet), we’ve achieved it (latest figures show we have a 65% market share from a standing start last July against fierce
competition from other ISP’s), and we intend to remain there as long as customers demand broadband and the business remains economic for us to provide.
