BTignite have released new information on these upgrades, a preliminary upgrade to rejumper around 200 Alcatel DSLAM’s is required. This is scheduled for Monday 9th April through to Wednesday 11th
April, during office hours.
This is likely result in an outage for 30 minutes on each exchange, a draft schedule has been released with each exchange getting a two hour window.
The original DSLAM upgrade to support new products is now scheduled for 26th to 27th May 2001.
