ADSL Experience Survey

Here are the results from our last weekly survey. In total, 180 votes were counted, and the results are as follows:

Question: How would you rate your overall experience of ADSL? (you don’t need to have ADSL to answer this question)

Responses:

Excellent: 39 (22%)
Good: 40 (22%)
Average: 25 (14%)
Poor: 26 (14%)
Very poor: 50 (28%)

This poll shows that most people are still content with their overall ADSL experience but that there are many people (42%) who have concerns. Many people seem to have small problems, and a few
people have big problems, and this survey would we think agree with this notion. [SL]
