One Touch Switching has seen 32,000 successful switches complete

The One Touch Switching platform has so far seen 100,000 switch orders and some 32,000 actually complete their migrations via the system.

Ofcom asks OTA2 to help with One Touch Switching

It is difficult to tell how good or bad the One Touch Switching is going, as one one hand we are seeing 1,300 to 1,700 migrations completing on week days. On the other hand we have Ofcom wanting OTA2 to be involved to help resolve with figuring out which ISP is actually responsible for the old connection when someone starts a migration.
