July 2019 update on broadband availability across the UK, nations and regions

Another month and full fibre coverage is now up at 8.56% across the UK. FTTC/VDSL2 roll-outs manage only around 2,000 to 3,000 premises with the bulk of any superfast coverage changes now coming from full fibre appearing.
