A couple of months ago, consumer website Which? published its analysis of the UK providers, and it concluded that only one provider, Zen Internet, met its criteria for a 'Which? Recommended Provider'. Zen scored 81% with the next provider scoring 65%, putting Zen well in the lead against the largest providers in the industry and being the only provider to get Which's recommended label.
