I rate Vodafone highly, but not Openreach who are responsible for the fibre lines. Vodafone have been very reliable, and the customer services have been great to deal with, having understandable personnel I'veevenhad a nicechat when times are slack. The problems with the fast and super fast fiber broadband will be down to Openreach 99% of the time. And its no good thinking, if I go with BT Openreach will be better it won't, you will just pay more.

Absolute rubbish & daylight robbery! Paying for 63mb/s, NEVER been better than 27mb/s, but now down at 4mb/s. Utterly outrageous.

Works well below speed paying for but discount applied due to not being up to speed As for contacting customer service tried for 40minutes listening to music and apologies for long wait time Took three 40 minute attempts all to no avail over a three day period Finally in desperation I called local Vodafone shop to be forwarded to an Indian call centre who did sort my enquiry out which took only five minutes! seems to me Vodafone UK is struggling to provide a successful and contactable customer service department.

Getting slower by the year. My 4G is sometimes quicker. Do they pick up the Speed, never. I can't even stream my TV. Constant freezing, and a damn awful wireless router.

Great at first, then got slower. Complained got quicker. Sometimes around 3 or 4. Now down to about 8. Won't even load onto my TV. My brother with a cheaper deal than mine, gets free phone calls, mine has none, internet only. To add insult to injury his speed is always above 18. Same company,same cable, same building. Response from call centre, "Your call is important to us, please hold" I am sick of it.
