Major service outages and total outage of your line are excluded. You need to test your speed on sky.com/servicechecker, the MySkyApp or talking to one of their support agents. Sky fibre customers can also claim money back under some circumstances.

WiFi Guarantee — Wi-Fi in every room or money back; 3Mbps. Egineer visit required to confirm WiFi speed. Can be claimed once in 24-month minimum term. Early termination or one month credit. Excludes Sky Talk. Up to 12 rooms, 5 bedrooms, excluding garden or external rooms, other buildings like sheds or garden offices. For enhanced Wi-Fi Max 10Mbps on certain packages and must use pods if needed with specific config.
