150Mb Superfast (1 month)

It's been 7 days without internet and I still need to wait another 6 days before a technician can come to fix it. Avoid Hyperoptic if you have another provider available. My connection has been dropping in and out or completely dead since 28 August. I have contacted support six times. Six times I was told they can't see any problem on their end. Multiple neighbours are experiencing exactly the same fault. I raised this in every single conversation. Every time I was told they had no knowledge of any wider issue and could only look at my "individual" connection. They sent me a new router. It changed nothing, because the router was never the problem. The outage isn't even the worst part. It's being made to feel like I'm imagining it. No one listened, no one escalated, and I left every chat more frustrated than I went in. It took six attempts before anyone would book an engineer, and the earliest slot is another six days away. Thirteen days without internet, and not one person at this company has been able to tell me why.

despite speed, connection keeps dropping during work teams calls which is very dissapointing and support is not helpful

Speed doesnt seem any where near as fast as quoted.

Major peering/capacity issues oftening giving you downstream of about 600-650Mbps and not 900Mbps. Upload, however IS 900Mbps.
