ADSLguide demand tracker glitch

Apologies to the avid tracker watchers, but during the Thursday morning update a new version was ran which appears to have messed some data up.

We are working towards resuming a normal service as soon as possible. The list of activated exchanges are unaffected, but a large number of exchanges have triggered which should not have, plus
the number of triggers for others is incorrect.
