Meet us at Connected North – 22-23 April 2024

The Connected North conference will again be taking place in Manchester, bringing together the broadband alt-net industry with the public sector, vendors and others interested in rolling our broadband across the country. The event will run on 22-23 April 2024 at the Manchester Central Convention Centre. The event is a slightly more intimate version of the Connected Britain conference which takes place in London later in the year.

The event is expecting over 2,500 attendees across sectors is focussing on six themes:

Project Rollout — Examining the technology mix and delivery strategies tailored to address the unique regional challenges of deploying advanced connectivity services to homes and businesses.

Project Gigabit — Key industry stakeholders, policy makers and their partners discuss strategies for upgrading the North’s digital infrastructure, funding and the opportunities provided by government policy.

Invest in the North — Exploring how improving the region’s digital infrastructure increases global competitiveness and encourage inward investment for the North.

Innovate North — Innovation is the lifeblood of the Northern industries and key to providing sustainable economic growth. Join innovators and technology experts to discuss the latest in digitally enabled solutions across the region.

Connected Society — An open discussion on the North’s public and private sectors using digital connectivity to promote social and economic growth by increasing efficiency for businesses, connecting communities and addressing the digital divide.

Smart North — Enter the North’s exciting new world of smart places with the entire economic ecosystem from telcos, enterprises, and government bodies collaborating to bring the region a world leading smart infrastructure.
