Another of the regular meetings between BT and the people running a campaign to improve broadband coverage in Milton Keynes has taken place.

BT Wholesale has released another batch of RFS dates, 57 dates this week.

BT Wholesale released 49 Ready for Service dates on Wednesday of this last week.

Torpoint BT exchange reached its trigger level in July 2003, but wayleave has only just being granted for an undersea cable, and fingers crossed by the end of March the exchange will be ADSL enabled.

BT Wholesale has belatedly released the RFS dates expected on 11th February 2004. A total of 30 exchanges had dates announced ranging from May 2004 to December 2004.

BT Wholesale has released a massive 121 Ready for Service dates this week, which makes a sizeable dent in the number of exchanges awaiting an RFS date.

BT Wholesale has brought forward the RFS date for Leominster in Herefordshire to 11th February 2004. Bredon and Ashton-Under-Hill, both in Worcestershire, and Overbury on the Worcestershire-Gloucestershire border will now have an RFS date of 31st March 2004.

BT Wholesale has released 56 RFS dates this week, ranging from 16th March through to 26th May 2004.

BT is currently in the process or running or shortly will be running tests on four sites around the UK to evaluate the performance of long reach ADSL services.
