Digital Infrastructure is rolling out its BeFibre retail full fibre service in Brightlingsea and the first customer has gone live.

Frinton-on-Sea is a perfect roll-out opportunity for Lightspeed as the town including Kirby Cross and Walton-on-the-Naze are almost totally without access to full fibre otherwise.

Today Virgin Media is announcing it is increasing this guaranteed speed from 20 to 30Mbps, a 50% increase. This will be available to both existing and new broadband customers on the Gig1 and all Volt Bundles at no extra cost.
