Confusion means 20,000 Devon and Somerset homes may miss out on full-fibre

We don't know what it is with Devon and Somerset, but yet again rather than good news it is bad news as a company looking to roll-out full-fibre is being told no vouchers as a previous fixed wireless service might one day offer a Gigabit service or at least something faster than 100 Mbps.
