Plusnet to upgrade upload speeds on entry level FTTC service

Plusnet is to switch existing customers from the 40/2 wholesale VDSL2 service to the 40/10 product starting in November giving almost all of them a significant improvement in upload speeds.

BT landline only customers to get £7 windfall in April 2018

Sky issues results for quarter ending 30th September 2017

The trend continues in the financial results of the major broadband providers to provide less and less detail about their broadband sector performance as Sky has published its last quarters results. We make up for that by revealing we believe around 12% of their VDSL2 customers take the fastest product.

Packet loss and speed problems at several providers
