As part of the announcements from the latest funding split Maria Miller MP in charge at the DCMS has declared that she wants Britain to be one of the best countries for broadband.

We have hunted high and low and cannot see a central DCMS source for the allocations, but Computer Weekly somehow has found a copy, either official or on a USB stick dropped on the tube.
