Part-fibre (FTTC) Packages — Zen will provide a speed estimate (e.g. 47–68Mbps with guarantee of 40Mbps) for download speed (and an estimate range for upload) when you enter your postcode and house number on their site. We are showing maximum technical speed of FTTC, *not* your speed estimate. Refer to our Local Broadband Information site with your postcoe for more details. Your official guaranteed speed is important if this is of concern so check the PlusNet website. You may not be able to buy these packages if full fibre is available.

Free setup — No up-front costs

Wi-Fi Mesh Network — With Zen EveryRoom £9/month (12-month contract + £9 delivery) you can get a booster which helps to increase the Wi-Fi service across your house. This works with your FRITZ!Box router; if a single extender isn't enough they'll send another free-of-charge (delivery fee applies). Limit up to 170sqm home size. Garages which are accessible from inside are included, as are loft rooms or basements, and conservatories linked to the house. Sheds/outbuildings are not included, nor are unconverted lofts or basements.

Broadband Speed Guarantee —Zen is signed up to Ofcom's Broadbad Speeds Code of Practice. They will provide clear information on expected speeds before you sign up an if they can't deliver you can leave without penalty. This is measured at the router and not a Wi-Fi speed guarantee.
