In-Contract Price Increase — Price increases by £4/month annually from April 2027

Router Included — Virgin Media Hub included

O2 Priority — As part of Virgin Media O2 group, subcribers of Virgin Media services get access to additional O2 Priority perks.

Wi-Fi Guarantee —Gigabit and Volt fibre broaband customers (i.e. not M125, M250, M350 or 500 customers) benefit from a WiFi guarantee getting at least 30Mbps download speeds in every room in their house, or £100 credit on their bill.

TV Bundles — We do not list TV deals/bundles on our main ISP list; if you want a TV service you may wish to look at bundle offer.

Automatic Compensation — Virgin Media is part of the Ofcom Automatic Compensation Code of Practice which means you would get automatic compensation for missed engineer appointments snd some other delays. See Virgin Media's compensation policy for details. This includes £9.98 per day for total loss of service after two days, £6.24/day for late installs and £31.19 if they miss a scheduled appointment.

Different Technologies — Virgin Media product are delivered both over DOCSIS (cable) which is a 'part fibre' product or FTTP which is a 'full fibre' service. The technology used will vary based on your location.
